The project will result in the creation of a sustainable SHSR program with open-access educational materials available on edu.understanding.pl. It will train 17 educators who will implement the program in their communities and support 150 participants in improving their stress resilience. The awareness campaign will reach over 50,000 people, increasing knowledge on stress management.
