Objectives

GO1: Promote inclusion in European HEIs by addressing the academic, psychological, and social needs of 250 displaced Ukrainian students for long-term success. GO2: Strengthen HEIs’ capacity to implement sustainable integration strategies through training, institutional frameworks, and policy adaptation. GO3: Enhance collaboration and knowledge-sharing among HEIs across EU and Ukraine. GO4: Support HEIs’ resilience in assisting internally displaced students through structured education support.

Activities

A2.3: Develop Comprehensive Integration Framework to support 250 displaced Ukrainian students in HEIs. A3.1: Train 50 educators in inclusive teaching, psychological support, and cultural adaptation. A4.1: Pilot the Integration Framework in 5 HEIs, refining it based on student and educator feedback. A5.1: Host 10 regional workshops and a final conference, engaging 600 stakeholders to share best practices. A5.4: Ensure long-term sustainability via policy recommendations and institutional adoption.

Impact

D2.1: A Comprehensive Integration Framework adopted by at least 10 HEIs post-project. D3.1: 10 training modules for 50 educators, improving inclusive teaching and student support. D4.1: A Pilot Implementation Report assessing the framework’s impact on 250 displaced students. D5.1: 10 regional workshops and a final conference, reaching 600 stakeholders to promote best practices. D5.3: A Sustainability Plan ensuring long-term adoption of project outcomes in HEIs and policies.
