JUSTMobi develops an innovative educational framework to enhance digital readiness and capacity in higher education while addressing the gender gap in STEM and mobility sectors. Academic institutions and business partners will ensure curricula are fit for real-world challenges. By embedding cutting-edge digital and inclusive approaches in higher education, JUSTMobi aims to equip the next generation of professionals with the necessary tools to navigate and lead a just mobility transition for all.

JUSTMobi will implement: - Curriculum Co-Creation: Faculty workshops, Local Seminars, Peer reviews, and Refinement Sessions to integrate digital and gender-inclusive mobility education into curricula. - Industry-Academia Collaboration: Co-design and co-development of curricula, Webinars, mentorship programs, and hackathons to engage students in real-world mobility challenges. - Dissemination & Scaling: Open educational resources and knowledge transfer website to expand project impact.

A replicable model for curricula reform resulting from a collaboration between academia and business integrating digital skills and gender inclusion supporting a just mobility transition. Guidelines for Curricula Review and Development on digital readiness. Faculty trained in digital tools and new technoogies. 60+ students trained through Local Seminars and Hackathons. 12 students mentored by mobility experts for career development. 3 industry-led webinars fostering knowledge exchange.
