The Bridging Gaps project aims to equip SME employees, sales professionals, and vocational learners with digital and sustainability skills through AI-driven training, self-assessment tools, and interactive learning scenarios. It supports SMEs in adopting circular economy practices, enhances employability, and fosters cross-sector collaboration between VET providers, universities, and businesses. By disseminating results through EU platforms, the project ensures long-term impact.

The Bridging Gaps project will implement a needs assessment, capacity-building workshops, and AI-enhanced training development, followed by pilot testing and validation with SMEs and VET learners. The project will create digital learning materials, self-assessment tools, and interactive training scenarios, ensuring practical skill development in digital business and sustainability practices. Dissemination will be conducted via EU platforms, industry events maximizing impact and scalability.

The Bridging Gaps project will deliver AI-driven vocational training, including interactive learning modules, self-assessment tools, and digital business strategies, enhancing digital and sustainability skills among SME employees, sales professionals, and VET learners. Results will be tested with 100+ participants.
