It supports SMEs in adopting circular economy practices, enhances employability, and fosters cross-sector collaboration between VET providers, universities, and businesses. By disseminating results through EU platforms, the project ensures long-term impact.

The Bridging Gaps project will implement a needs assessment, capacity-building workshops, and AI-enhanced training development, followed by pilot testing and validation with SMEs and VET learners. The project will create digital learning materials, self-assessment tools, and interactive training scenarios, ensuring practical skill development in digital business and sustainability practices. Dissemination will be conducted via EU platforms, industry events maximizing impact and scalability.
