▶Objectives
SEEDS & SKILLS aims to restore and enhance the social and ecological systems in which tourism businesses operate by providing tailored learning opportunities for teachers and students in VET and HEI institutions, as well as for tourism businesses and other key stakeholders in the tourism sector. The project's primary goal is to empower these change agents with skills in regenerative tourism, aligning with current labor market needs, to drive meaningful change within their environments.

Selecting successful case studies and identifying workers' profiles most actively engaged in regenerative tourism practices and related skills shortage (WP2) Developing the SEEDS & SKILLS interactive training on regenerative tourism (D3.1) and e-learning platform (D3.2), to empower tourism stakeholders with the knowledge and skills needed to implement and advocate for regenerative tourism practices Creating Action circles to foster synergies and draft D.4.2 Regenerative tourism manifesto
▶Impact
The results that SEEDS & SKILLS wants to obtain are: Equipping the tourism stakeholders with the skills and competences necessary to enact and advocate for regenerative practices; Improving VET curricula on tourism through the creation of a new digital space and innovative training, enhancing the learning and application of regenerative tourism practices; fostering collaborative networks and regenerative tourism practices through inter-dialogue and a co-created manifesto.
