We want to increase the quality of our work: Increasing the knowledge and skills of 15 animators in the field of grassroots methods, Increasing the knowledge of the organization's employees regarding outdoor methods, entrepreneurship and SEL, Increasing the involvement of members of Youth City Councils and their social and organizational competences, Creating a safe space, youth centers for youth, including those at social risk, Promoting innovative methods in the youth work in PL/ITL/GR.

We will organize a space for exchanging experiences in the field of innovative methods of working with youth. 3 partners will create a youth space (work with young people min. 15 hours a week). Training for 15 local animators, youth workers. Internships for animators. 3 study visits on innovation in working with youth. Innovative Community Garden. 3 Youth Festivals. Promotion of innovative methods of working with youth. Promotional activities.

The primary result will be increased knowledge about innovative methods of working with youth, i.e. grassroots, outdoor, entrepreneurship and SEL. Training of 15 youth workers in the field of youth work. Creation of a safe youth space (SYSTEM), where new tools will be tested and young people will find their place in local communities. We will organize 3 study visits, locally 3 Youth Festivals.
