▶Objectives
The project is aimed at enhancing the resilience and development of young people affected by war in Ukraine by fostering collaboration among partner organisations, sharing best practices in youth work, and equipping with the necessary tools and methods. It aims to build the capacities of the partnering organisations, support local initiatives led by and for young people, and promote social cohesion through engaging youth affected by war in meaningful participatory activities.
▶Activities
The following activities are planned: 1. International kick-off meeting 2. Research on the needs of youth workers in the context of work with youth affected by war in Ukraine in 4 communities 3. International training seminar "Youth work for resilience" 4. 4 national trainings for multipliers 5. Local youth work initiatives in 4 project communities 6. Development of the toolbox of youth work practices 7. International evaluation seminar 8. 4 dissemination activities on the local level
▶Impact
The quality of the youth work activities with youth affected by war in Ukraine will be improved through development of the capacities of the partner organisations via tuning the activities the needs of youth, improving the competences of the members and developing the network of local youth workers; youth affected by war in Ukraine will be empowered through participation in local youth work initiatives; the toolbox with youth work practices will be developed in 4 languages and disseminated.
