▶Objectives
Y-CHANGE aims to empower young people in climate action and gender equality through digital tools, sustainable entrepreneurship and leadership activities. The project promotes awareness, innovation and active citizenship. By providing training and networking opportunities, Y-CHANGE equips young people with the skills to drive environmental and social change, making them key actors in sustainability and gender equality initiatives.
▶Activities
The project includes Climate & Gender Labs, a Green Entrepreneurship Incubator and a Digital Innovation Hub for youth. Activities such as hackathons, digital campaigns and online trainings will raise awareness and engagement. Youth workers will receive capacity building training and policy makers will be involved through dialogue mechanisms to ensure long-term impact and mainstreaming of project results.
▶Impact
150+ young people will be trained in climate and gender advocacy, 20+ youth-led sustainable initiatives will be launched and 500+ young people will be engaged in digital platforms. 50+ youth workers will be trained, 5 national events and 1 European policy forum will be organised. A mobile app, guides and educational resources will remain available after the project, ensuring long-term sustainability and impact.
