The EVA project aims to equip HR professionals, SME managers, and job seekers with AI-driven HR competencies to enhance workforce digitalization and employability. It will develop an AI-driven HR competency framework, create a 60-hour EQF4 training program with an AI-powered HR assistant, design a gamified HR simulation to boost skill acquisition, and expand transnational cooperation to ensure the long-term adoption of AI-driven HR solutions across VET and SME sectors in Europe.
