1. Promotion of the inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities, particularly NEETs (Not in Education, Employment, or Training); 2. Improve the quality of partner organizations' work by developing digital skills. 3. Create an innovative tool in the form of a digital app to prevent social exclusion and promote entrepreneurship. 4. Develop a structured three-level educational program to foster the personal, social, and professional development of NEET youth.

The project will develop over 5 phases with specific associated activities: 1. Project Management: Transnational meeting for project preparation and kickoff. 2. Preparation: Training course to empower professionals focusing on young people with fewer opportunities, aligned with the EU Youth Strategy. 3. Production and Distribution: Production of the project output. 4. Implementation: Transnational meeting and workshop. 5. Dissemination: Dissemination workshops and final seminar.

Positive impact on 3 target groups: 1. Involved organizations with closer relationships, ready for future collaborations; 2. Young volunteers and technicians with enhanced digital skills and a new tool to work with vulnerable youth on entrepreneurship and civic participation; 3. Young people with fewer opportunities gaining personal, social, and professional skills, consequently becoming more included and engaged in the community.
