- Raise awareness on the person Erasmus and the European humanism as source of democracy and European values, - Foster social inclusion by 1/ involving adults with fewer opportunies through participative approaches, arts+culture and 2/ empowering to responsible self-thinking and peaceful participation in democratic discourse, - Practise intercultural learning and European dialogue, - Stimulate joy in education als a fundamental value itself, - Networking, competence buildung of trainers.
▶Activities
- Local activities of partners’ project groups, - 3 workshops (TLA) of 4 days with 4 participants per organisation (disadvantaged learners, staff) at each partner org., thus in Marseille, Berlin, and the Vrancea county, - Coordinated work on the results, - Dissemination of the activities and the results, - Public event at the final TLA, local events in DE and FR, - Project management including ongoing evaluation based on the agreed work separation.
▶Impact
The activities result in a - commonly developed performance of theatre scence and other arts, - online gallery with a joint portrait of Erasmus of Rotterdam and 12 portraits of humanists (4 per partner), - series of quotations (min. 5 per portrait, thus 60), - public event with performance and its documentation, - 3 Videos of 3 min. of each TLA to document the learning and working process, - project webspace on www.weltgewandt-ev.de/humanists to publish the results.
