Objectives

O1 By the end of the first year of the project, create a toolkit for non-formal adult educators supporting migrant well-being, particularly Ukrainian refugees. O2 By the end of the project, to create a structured support system to assist migrants in integrating wellness techniques into dailly life O3 By month 9, to build the capacity of 10 non-formal adult wellness educators to deliver the experiential events outlined in the toolkit and to provide mentorship and group facilitation to migrants

Activities

We will start with an online KoM, and continue with a needs assessment of the learner's needs in times of crisis in the field of mental health. Out of this we will develop the teacher's guidelines, and pilot them in the LTTA in Romania. After this, we will develop the followup support system for learners, pilot test them in each country, gather international reports and refine the teacher guidelines and support system. Cross-cutting: PM, dissemination and sustainability activities.

Impact

Main results of the project will be a Trainers Manual and follow up support system dedicated to Ukrainian migrants and refugee's process of social integration, well-being. 10 non-formal educators from the participating organisations will be trained in the methodology, and min 40 migrants served during pilots, we will have international report of the piloting sessions, dissemination, and evaluation report, and a sustainability report to show the continuity of the project after the funding ends.
