Obj 1:To cocreate an innovative educational learning path for 60 educational trainers in 3 months Obj 2:To develop key lifelong learning skills for 60 educational trainers Obj 3:To raise awareness and promote Lifelong Learning practices across Romania and Spain through a Facilitator Guide (Eng, Ro, Spanish)

A1: Project management: monitoring and evaluation process (Need Analysis, Curriculum Development, Monitoring & Evaluation, Cooperation Arrangements) A2: Training online workshops and learning event (6 online workshops of 2 hours each on Social-Emotional Learning, Self-Directed Learning, Digital Literacy and 1 learning event of 3 days in Barcelona for 10 selected participants and 4 coordinators). A3: Promotion and dissemination (communication & dissemination plan)

A tailored learning path for 60 educational trainers, designed to enhance their expertise in key areas. 6 online workshops organised with an amount of 12 hours on social emotional learning, self directed learning and digital literacy Learning Event of 3 days of educational workshops on lifelong learning and self directed principles in Barcelona 60 Youthpass Certificates in social-emotional learning, self-directed learning, and digital literacy.
