▶Objectives
The WomenOfImpact project aims to empower 60 women from rural Romania and Bulgaria by enhancing their leadership skills, emotional intelligence, and civic engagement. Through structured training and mentorship, participants will develop confidence, initiate 12+ community-led initiatives, and strengthen cross-border collaboration. The project fosters social inclusion, gender equality, and sustainable local development, ensuring long-term impact in marginalized communities.

The project includes structured training, mentorship, and community initiatives. Activities include: Competence Framework Development - Co-creating a leadership training program with rural women and stakeholders. Training Program - Empowering 60 women through workshops on leadership, emotional intelligence, and civic engagement. Women-Led Initiatives - Supporting at least 12 community projects. Dissemination & Networking - Online conference, media outreach, and stakeholder engagement.
▶Impact
The project will result in: 60 women trained in leadership, emotional intelligence, and civic engagement. 12+ community initiatives implemented, benefiting 200+ people. Increased confidence and participation, with at least 70% of women reporting growth in leadership skills. Competence Framework & training materials developed and shared. Stakeholder engagement, strengthening networks and supporting long-term women’s leadership in rural communities.
