O1: Enhancing the teaching skills of our adult educators in the field of IT counseling and working with learners 60+ O2:Improving the digital literacy of at least 120 adult learners from disadvantaged backgrounds O3:Promoting lifelong learning and intercultural exchange for adult learners 60+ O4:Strengthening institutional capacity and fostering international cooperation in adult education

Activities

The project will implement activities to enhance digital teaching skills of adult educators, integrating new knowledge into their work with senior learners: -trainer workshops, focused on improving digital teaching methods for seniors -resource creation: development of a Trainer’s Handbook and Digital Guide for seniors -Blended Learning, combining online and face-to-face sessions for participants -evaluation: collecting data to assess and improve outcomes -dissemination; sharing project results

Impact

Outputs: 1.Multilingual digital guide, 'Digital Skills for Seniors', in En/Ro/Bg/Sb 2.Trainer's Handbook for Teaching Digital Skills to Seniors 3.project website to provide resourses 4.project network through EPALE Outcomes: 1.Improved digital skills for at least 70% of senior participants 2.Enhanced digital teaching skills of 80% of our adult trainers 3.Increased social inclusion and engagement for seniors 4.Expansion of educational consulting offer for learners 60+ in 3 partner institutions
