▶Objectives
The project aims to train 80% of teachers from partner schools (RO & TK) in mindfulness, ecopedagogy, somatic coaching, and expressive arts to enhance student well-being and inclusion. (O1+ O2) It will promote art therapy techniques to support SEN and disadvantaged students and strengthen institutional capacity for Erasmus+ collaborations (Ka2, Etwinning) by integrating inclusive and green strategies into educational policies and increasing skills of projeect team (O3)
▶Activities
Activities include two international teacher exchanges of good practices and training events in RO - 11.2025, Craiova (mindfulness, ecopedagogy, and somatic coaching) and TK - 02.2026, Istanbul, (art therapy and expressive arts), classroom observations, and collaborative lesson planning. Local activities involve teacher workshops, open lessons, policy integration, and dissemination through conferences, eTwinning, and Erasmus+ platforms.
▶Impact
The project will produce trained teachers skilled in inclusive teaching methods (ecopedagogy, somatic coaching, art therapy, mindfulness), 10+ open lessons, a practical guide (10+ activities), 20+ Individual Learning Plans for SEN students, a relaxation garden, and 10+ educational videos. Sustainable impact is ensured through policy integration (PDI & Stratejik Plan), teacher training programs, and future Erasmus+ collaborations.
