This project aims to professionalize roundnet coaching, integrating structured sports education into vocational training. It seeks to enhance coaching methodologies, train PE teachers, and promote gender equality in sports leadership. By fostering international collaboration, expanding access to structured training, and developing digital learning resources, the project ensures quality assurance in coaching education while strengthening inclusion and community engagement.

The project includes international coaching exchanges, structured workshops, and an online training platform. PE teachers and coaches will undergo expert-led training in modern coaching techniques, leadership, and inclusion. Roundnet will be integrated into school curricula, and gender equality initiatives will increase female participation. Public events, mentorship programs, and mental well-being workshops will ensure long-term impact in professional sports education.

By project completion, at least 20 coaches and 30 PE teachers will be trained, integrating roundnet into schools and universities. A coaching handbook and digital training library will be developed, ensuring long-term accessibility. International collaboration between Romania and Germany will be strengthened, promoting roundnet’s growth in vocational education. The project will foster gender equality in sports leadership and expand structured coaching programs in underserved communities.
