The aim of the project is to identify effective solutions for improving communication among veterinarians, both in their relationship with animal owners and within work teams. One of the proposed objectives is to develop veterinarians' communication skills in their relationship with owners through interactive training sessions, focusing on empathetic communication of delicate situations and conflict management.

As part of the project, a study will be conducted to assess the communication skills of veterinarians, followed up by three workshop sessions designed for veterinary professionals. These sessions will focus on inclusive communication strategies, aimed at improving interactions with both animal owners and veterinary colleagues, with a particular emphasis on fostering effective and empathetic communication skills.

Through the training activities carried out within this project, the target group will develop practical approaches and new methods for effective communication with pet owners and colleagues. As a result of these activities, the "Veterinarian's Booklet for Better Communication" will be developed, an essential tool to support professionals in the field to improve their communication skills and enhance their efficiency in their work.
