▶Objectives
Addressing systemic barriers to education and employment, SHE LEARNS aims to strengthen adult educators’ capacity to support single mothers in career development, digital skills, and financial literacy, facilitating their reintegration into the labour market. Through accessible training, OERs, and micro-credentials, the project aims to foster long-term workforce integration while advocating for policy change to ensure sustainable inclusion and gender equity in education and employment.

SHE LEARNS will: • Conduct research and develop a Digital Toolkit for Adult Educators • Create an e-learning platform with OERs and micro-credentials • Develop a Skill Simulator and AI-powered mentorship tools • Organise capacity-building workshops for adult educators • Launch the Upskilling & Mentorship Program for Single Mothers • Run peer mentoring programs for single mothers • Conduct Dissemination Activities & Publish a Policy Paper • Run a Podcast & Digital Storytelling Campaign
