Objectives

O1 To improve students' clinical and theoretical competencies in medical physics and create a bridge between universities, professional associations, manufacturers, experts, leaders, decision makers and employers. O2 To improve academics’ clinical experience, research in medical physics, networking and interactive advanced teaching methods to make medical physics more engaging for students.

Activities

5 workshops and 4 webinars for students, 7 workshops for academics, 1 awareness campaign focused on cancer, 1 online conference with academics' and students' participation; 1 summer school in RO, 4 clinical practices in GR, 5 online meetings with a representative of an association that built a hospital in RO, with an entrepreneur that will offer a virtual tour in his startup showing how is made a detector for ionisation radiation, with professional associations, leaders in MP, and manufacturer.

Impact

4 digital modules: How to write a scientific paper and why is necessary studies' approval by the Ethics Committees when data are related to human subjects in MP, Detectors in radiotherapy, nuclear medicine & medical imaging, EU Regulatory & Professional Foundations of MP, Innovative teaching methods in MP using AI 1 digital handbook, "Hands-on experiments&simulations of treatment plans in MP based on MATRAD", 1 treatment plan collection, 6 videos with VR, 2 articles, 1 syllabus, 4 career maps.
