1. Raise awareness about the difficulties faced by Romanian caregivers when moving to another country and enhance their integration process 2. Foster the professional integration of RO caregivers in other EU countries through the provision of tailored training opportunities 3. Improve the competencies of RO caregivers to offer high quality homecare services for seniors 4. Increase the capacity of the VET sector to provide training courses in line with the labour market and the society needs

WP2: Conduction of interviews, creation of a raising-awareness booklet and conduction of dissemination campaigns WP3: Development of training contents and provision of a training course which answers to the professional integration needs of the Romanian caregivers WP4: Dissemination activities for maximising the project impact and exploitation, fostering scalability and replicability
