For the project to be successfully implemented, the following activities are required: - Managerial activities, which play the role of coordinating between partners for the implementation of the project - Developing the products are the core activities of HortiClime and provide results that impact the VET community - Evaluation and quality are the activities that help impose the standard on the products - Promotion and dissemination ensure the transfer of products to beneficiaries.

▶Impact
The results proposed to achieve the objects can be summarized as follows: - Management (reports, digital tools and MAECP) - The products developed (Educational Curriculum for Urban Horticulture, Massive Open Online Training Course, Mentoring Program and HandBook). Products in EN, RO, IT, SL and, PT - 1 LTTA and 3 TPM - 3 National Piloting Sessions and 3 Fine-Tuning. - Branding and identity concept, website, social media posts, Multiplier Events.
