▶Objectives
The project improves the inclusion of physically and sensorially impaired youth across Europe by increasing digital accessibility, strengthening youth workers' capacities in inclusive learning, and supporting employability. Through structured training, tailored workshops, and toolkits, it empowers youth and families while advocating for inclusive employment. Networking ensures sustainability, enabling cross-sectoral collaboration to promote digital and social inclusion.
▶Activities
The project involves research, training, capacity building, and advocacy. A transnational study will assess digital accessibility challenges for physically and sensorially impaired youth (PSIY), informing a multilingual accessibility toolkit. A five-day training course will equip youth workers to apply it, followed by local workshops for PSIY and families. Advocacy campaigns, a partnership event, and extensive digital outreach will ensure sustainable impact and broad engagement.
▶Impact
The project will deliver a transnational research study and a multilingual accessibility toolkit, providing digital accessibility solutions for physically and sensorially impaired youth (PSIY). A training format will provide 15 youth workers with skills in assistive technologies, benefiting 100 PSIY and 50 family members. Advocacy efforts will raise awareness among 200 stakeholders, engage 25 companies in inclusive hiring, and establish a network for sustained impact.
