With this project, we aim to enhance the knowledge and skills of organizations in applying restorative justice, advocacy, and social project development. Additionally, we will create a manual for working with prisoners and their families, serving as a tool to improve resocialization efforts. The ultimate goal is to improve the quality of support for prisoners and their families, ensuring their successful reintegration into society.

To develop competencies of staff members 2 trainings will be organized: a training for trainers on restorative justice, and on the skills of developing social projects in the local community and advocating social policies. We will also work on improving support for prisoners and their families. Using focus group methods, data on the needs of prisoners and their families will be collected on the local level and integrated into a restorative justice program for families of incarcerated persons.

The project will strengthen alternative prison measures, provide educational support for prisoners' families, and raise community awareness of their needs. Successful implementation requires trained staff, therefore a key project outcome is developed staff competencies for restorative justice programs and advocating for alternative measures. The biggest result of this project will be created manual as a tool for working with incarcerated persons and their families.
