▶Objectives
The main project objective is introducing innovation in history teaching by the use of project teaching and digital technology. Our aim is to develop students’ motivation to acquire knowledge of history and improve their linguistic and digital competences. The goal is to reach understanding of all the war sufferings by the students from different countries using the topic of the World War I / Great War and relating curriculum content to the personal stories of both warring parties.
▶Activities
During our first project year the activities will be conducted in partner schools in Turkey,Greece and Serbia by the use of etwinning platform for the exchange of the results of the activities. During second year,the joint classes of ambient teaching will be organized within the mobility of teachers and students.The mutual product will be the manual of all the ambient teaching lesson plans.After mobility completion the multiplicative event will be held in order to disseminate the project results
▶Impact
The results of our project will be the following: a completed e-twinning project, a manual for the teachers as a methodological tool for history classes as an integrative part of school's website of all three partner schools. The manual will be written in four languages. Within the e-twinning project, the mutual products of all three partner schools will be a comic about heroes and heroines, a memory album and a film about World War I (Great War).
