Objectives

The project aims to enhance entrepreneurial skills among VET students by providing practical, hands-on learning experiences. It fosters digital collaboration, problem-solving, and business innovation through international teamwork. By implementing online courses, virtual startup teams, and a hackathon, students will develop essential entrepreneurial competencies and gain exposure to real-world business challenges.

Activities

The project includes three main activities: an Online Entrepreneurship Academy with six courses, Cross-Country Virtual Teams, where students collaborate on business ideas, and an Entrepreneurship Hackathon, where top teams compete in a real-world startup challenge. Additionally, bi-monthly coordination meetings ensure structured progress, evaluation, and dissemination of project results.

Impact

The project will result in at least 250 students completing the courses, five virtual startup teams developing business ideas, and 10 entrepreneurial projects emerging from the hackathon. It will improve entrepreneurial mindset, digital collaboration, and teamwork skills. The project’s outputs, including course materials and best practices, will remain accessible to future VET students and institutions, ensuring long-term impact.
