Project aims at enhancement of the quality youth work program offer for youth offenders in community-based and institution-based treatment, through intersectoral efforts. O1: Development and implementation of a youth work program for youth offenders; O2: Enhancing the capacities of experts in implementing the youth work program; O3: Raising the awareness of experts from youth work, education, social protection and justice in the potentials of youth work for supporting youth offenders.

We will: conduct study visits and will prepare a publication highlighting the possibilities of using youth work in supporting youth offenders; will develop the youth work program toolkit through a participative process of all involved experts; will implement and evaluate the youth work program in Serbia, Portugal and Greece and train other experts for implementing the program (in community and institution-based setting) and; will implement intensive dissemination and promotion activities.

- 1 publication on the potentials of youth work in treatment of youth offenders; - 1 program toolkit (1 curriculum, 2 training modules, 1 management guidelines); - 1 publication on the effects of the program implementation; - 30 youth offenders empowered; - 36 experts trained; - 150 youth workers and 150 other experts informed on the possibilities of the youth work program for youth offenders; - over 1.000 experts in the EU reached with our project results through dissemination activities.
