The project aims to enhance quality, innovation, and recognition of youth work by developing a structured and sustainable supervision system that ensures continuous professional support for youth workers. It contributes to the professionalization and institutional recognition of youth work by integrating supervision into associations, and policies at national and European levels. Long-term sustainability is ensured through training, resources, and advocacy, fostering broad adoption and impact.

The project includes research and mapping of supervision models, focus groups with youth workers, and the development of a standardized supervision system. A training curriculum and toolbox will be created and tested through international training and national adaptations. Dissemination involves an online campaign, webinars, national events, and stakeholder engagement to promote supervision.
