Objectives

1. Sharing effective methods for the recovery of individuals with mental health challenges and their family caregivers across Europe. 2. Enhancing mental well-being and life quality for these groups. 3. Providing education on recovery and mental health topics for professionals. 4. Promoting awareness about the necessity for supporting individuals with mental health issues and their caregivers.

Activities

We have scheduled the following activities: 1. Learning Activity in Portugal: To coincide with the International Day of Persons with Disabilities on December 3, 2025. 2. Learning Activity in Greece: Planned for European Mental Health Week in May 2026. 3. Awareness Events: Scheduled for World Mental Health Day on October 10, 2026. 4. Final Meeting, Learning Activity, and Study Visit in Stockholm

Impact

1. The collection of good practices in Europe "Pathways to Recovery" 2. Enhanced knowledge and education on recovery strategies for individuals with mental health conditions 3. Greater awareness about the importance of improved support for individuals with mental health challenges and their caregivers. 4.
