'Reshape instead of Escape' aims to achieve three key objectives within a 15-month project period: 1. Upskilling the primary target group with green skills, 2. raising environmental awareness, and 3. Strengthening capacity building foster a skills alliance with a focus on the Inner Development Goals The project will use clearly defined KPIs to monitor progress and ensure both qualitative and quantitative target achievement.

With RioE, we will implement a kick-off meeting in Sweden & a TPM in AT, an in-depth analysis with interviews, pilot the 'Reshape instead of Escape' training in both project countries and cross-national, produce educational materials and for dissemination purpose, we will implement a project website, an effective social media campaign, short films and a trailer for 'Reshape instead of Escape'.

- Creation of a report - Development of a 'Reshape instead of Escape' learning approach, which includes the development of a mobile version for face-to-face interventions - Development of innovative educational materials in 3 languages (EN, Swedish and German) - Development & piloting RiosE train-the-trainer program on a national & transnational level - Creation of short films & production of a cinema trailer - Implementation of multiplier events
