To strengthen capacities of adult education providers to support migrants and marginalized groups in entrepreneurial skills developement To Pilot non-formal educational modules using the EntreComp framework To foster social inclusion and community engagement through practical, hands-on learning activities (social hackathons) To build sustainable networks and partnerships for long-term impact and collaboration. To empower participants to apply entrepreneurial skills for social transformations
▶Activities
Online kick-off meeting to align consortium goals and project timeline. Study visit to KTU (Lithuania) to explore the entrepreneurial hub and develop educational modules. Intensive training course for adult educators in Sweden. Social hackathons in each partner country for community engagement and skill application for social change Creation and publication of a casebook and toolkit for adult education providers. National multiplier events for dissemination and networking.
▶Impact
10 educational modules, using experiential education and EntreComp developed and piloted. 20 participants trained in facilitation of the developed modules and educational curriculum 8 social hackathons held with a total of 120 participants across 4 countries A Casebook and Toolkit published, and distributed to 40+ adult education providers. National Multiplier events engaging stakeholders and community leaders. Strengthened consortium with capacity for future Erasmus+ projects.
