Objectives

By implementing this EU initiative, we aim to: 1. Create an inclusive pedagogical framework alongside a digital CLIL material toolkit to integrate SDGs into the English language curriculum. 2. Develop staff's and children's key competences with special emphasis on English language skills and ICT. 3. Analyse different learning spaces to improve well-being and inclusion in our schools and update our learning environments.

Activities

We will: 1. Have an ongoing online school network to exchange activities and best practices between the 4 institutions and which be focussed on SDG integration. 2. An initial staff training event in Spain to get the ball rolling. 3. Two joint staff and pupil training events in Ireland and Estonia to create a digital material toolkit to integrate SDGs into the English classroom through soft CLIL (language-led). 4. A dissemination event in Sweden to share our materials & encourage other schools.

Impact

We will have the following results: 1. A digital material toolkit to integrate SDGs into the English language curriculum (core subject in our 4 countries) through CLIL which includes lesson plans and ready-to-use resources. 2. A padlet with different learning spaces and how they improve well-being. 3. A step-by-step educational guide on how to identify and critically analyse our children's emotions. 4. Improved key competences in children and adults with a focus on English and ICT.
