It is a continuation of initiatives like MIND, a project sponsored by the Erasmus+ program, which focuses on supporting mental health in education, especially in the context of VET. This project showed the importance of integrating psychological support to help students adapt to learning and work environments. We want to create the Well-being Toolbox to support mental health in VET that will help VET directors implement practices like art therapy, music therapy, movement therapy, and similar.
