▶Objectives
To enhance the soft and hard skills of vulnerable women (30-64 years, 40% with migrant background) to enhance their labour market and social inclusion while raising awareness about gender issues. The project aims to achieve the inclusion of vulnerable women through creative upskilling and non-formal education in collage art, providing the target group with skills that can strengthen the sense of belonging to their local communities and can be translated into labour market qualifications.
▶Activities
Through a target-centred approach, the project will engage women with collaborative activities to address gender issues and enhance their labour market and social inclusion: The development of a EU Gender Equality Handbook; The development and implementation of the Learning Programme: Collage Art and Inclusion; Six national Women Empowerment Shows exhibiting the collage art pieces developed by the women; Dissemination through various channels.
