The MultAI-PASS initiative aims to leverage multimodal AI to support personalized learning pathways by adapting educational content to different learning styles. This project will develop a framework that enables educators to utilize AI tools to transform course materials, ensuring inclusivity and adaptability. Additionally, it will create an individual student passport for personalized access to courses, enhancing engagement, effectiveness, and alignment with diverse learning preferences.

โ–ถActivities

1. Review and identification of AI tools supporting multimodal learning, including content transformation across different formats. 2. Development of a universal student passport to enable personalized learning experiences across compliant institutions. 3. Proof of concept through the development of microcredentials with AI-adapted learning materials and personalized pathways. 4. Implementation and testing with students and teachers to refine AI-generated materials and integrate human oversight.

โ–ถImpact

The project will deliver a method for teachers to leverage multimodal AI tools, a universal student passport for adaptive learning, and proof-of-concept microcredentials with personalized pathways. Additional outcomes include (1) research on human-AI collaboration in education, (2) classification of AI-generated content (3) guidelines for integrating AI into personalized learning, (4) student and teacher feedback on AI-supported adaptation, (5) training activities, (6) multiplier events.
