Our project tackles the soft-skills gap in VET with following objectives that the InnMain network (15 European partner) identified in reaserch our 'Bridge the Gap', 8 partners formed this project: 1. Identify and Address the Soft-Skills G 2. Collect, Develop and Share Best Practices 3. Empower Teachers Through Training 4. Enhance Learning with Digital Tools 5. Influence Policy and Ensure Sustainability

1. Conduct an In-Depth Study among students, teachers and employers in 8 EU countries 2. Create Collection of good practicies and Lessons plans 3. Train Soft-Skills Ambassadors and teachers 4. Build supporting e-learning Platform 5. Disseminate to our InnMain network, EU teachers and among stakeholders

1.A comprehensive report detailing the gap by country and group, identifying priority skills, ambassadors, and engaged employers 2.An online resource offering adaptable tools for VET educators 3.Trained ambassadors scaling innovative practices across their schools 4. A flexible hub for ongoing teacher development by training modules. 5.Events engaging relevant groups and a document aligning VET with labor market needs Network of ambasadors and continued courses will be sustained by InnMain.
