The DigiYouth project aims to bridge the AI skills gap, empower youth and educators, and promote ethical AI literacy. By integrating AI into education and youth work, the project enhances digital competencies, leadership potential, and employability. It fosters social inclusion by providing marginalized youth access to AI education, ensuring that all young people can participate in Europe’s digital transformation and innovation-driven economy.
▶Activities
The project includes international and local AI training, an e-learning platform, and curriculum adaptation to support educators and youth workers. Activities include a five-day international training, local workshops, and an AI handbook. Dissemination efforts will include podcasts, webinars, and an international conference. The project ensures widespread engagement through social media campaigns and policy recommendations.
▶Impact
The project will produce a comprehensive AI training framework, an interactive e-learning platform, and policy recommendations. It will train 125+ students and 100+ educators, enhance AI literacy, and foster youth leadership. The long-term impact includes institutional integration of AI education, a more competitive workforce, and scalable best practices for digital learning across Europe, ensuring sustainability and growth.
