Objectives

The project aims to increase trust and build a sense of communal belonging among youth (18-25 years old). It empowers a new generation of young leaders with competencies to initiate and sustain meaningful dialogue, co-create a Dialogue Toolbox by incorporating aspects from various established dialogue approaches. Due to the project’s international focus, participants become part of a European network of young leaders, promoting mutual learning and creating opportunities for future collaboration

Activities

Innovation Clusters: partners share best practices and co-create a Dialogue Toolbox. Dynamic Dialogue Trainings: skill-building events for youth (dialogue, mindfulness, monitoring) Local initiatives: youth-led dialogue initiatives. Development of a best practice handbook Production of audiovisual material Local dissemination events Dialogue Day: Event where young leaders share their stories, screen audiovisual material, and show the handbook.

Impact

Strengthened competencies of youth leaders in dialogue design and facilitation, amplified capacity of youth organizations to navigate complex social conflicts through structured dialogue. and increased knowledge among civil society actors and policy makers about dialogue and its possible impact among youth and in society Based on the Outcome Harvesting methodology, we expect to identify behavioral changes among youth.
