▶Objectives
The STEP+ project enhances the resilience and well-being of HEI staff and students in mobility by using common and PP evidence based interventions, VR/360°, and AI chatbots to address cultural shock, isolation, and academic pressures. The primary goal is to empower HEI staff and HEI students in all stages of mobility by providing them with evidence-based strategies and tools, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment.
▶Activities
Activities include the development and implementation of a training curriculum utilizing VR/ /360° videos to simulate mobility challenges, and creation of a AI chatbot for ongoing support, and conducting workshops and seminars to disseminate effective mobility support strategies. The methodology combines direct training, digital tools, and comprehensive support mechanisms to provide HEI staff and students with skills and knowledge to manage and mitigate mobility challenges.
