▶Objectives
By implementing this project we would like to enhance the capacity of the partner organisations that are Nature Life (SK), Zavod Veles (SI), Gen Deutschland (DE) and develop and deliver innovative and effective educational programs of high quality that will empower rural women. We identified these main objectives of this project: Capacity building of partner organisations, Local educational opportunities, Online education and Networking and future collaboration.

As part of this project we will implement 6 activities and alternate the lead among the partner organisations. The identified activities are in line with the project objectives and the results. Activity 1 Kick-off Meeting - SK Activity 2 Peer Learning Training - SI Activity 3 Creating local educational opportunities for women - DE Activity 4 Developing and implementing webinar series - SI Activity 5 Dissemination - SK Activity 6 Final project meeting - DE

We expect to achieve the following results: Target group: (rural) women: - increased soft skills - enhanced competences - improved social support networks Adult educators - increase using innovative teaching methods - expanded network - enhanced ability program design for rural women - increased job satisfaction Partner organisations - increased women's empowerment programs and support female leadership - improved tailored local education to local rural women - developed lasting partnership
