Objectives

The "Bridging Paradigms" project aims to: -enhance digital literacy among seniors -reduce the digital divide -support mental well-being through tailored educational programs and accessible technological resources -transform existing day centers into digital training hubs -build the capacity of trainers and educators at day centers for delivering the digital literacy curriculum and -promote social inclusion and lifelong learning through a community-centric approach

Activities

-Developing a curriculum for digital literacy tailored to older adults on digital skills with a view to online safety and promoting mindfullness. -Creating a comprehensive guide for trainers at day centers. -Offering a 'Train the Trainer' course, through virtual means, to scale the training efforts. -Designing a roadmap for transforming day centers into local learning hubs. -Conducting pilot training cycles to refine curriculum and training methods. -Establishing continuous improvement loop.
