O1: Equip VET students and trainers with ESG knowledge through up-to-date training materials aligned with EU and national CSRD frameworks. O2: Train VET students in corporate governance, ethical leadership, and responsible business for future workplace application. O3: Develop resources to integrate ESG into VET curricula via student initiatives and industry collaborations. O4: Support ESG integration in school and organisational management with policy recommendations and best practices
▶Activities
ESG4FUTURE project will conduct research on ESG trends, survey VET schools and industry, and develop reports and policy frameworks. Training modules and digital tools will be created, translated on SK,IT,NL and IT languages, and adapted. Pilot testing in VET schools will include workshops and feedback collection. ESG policy guidelines and a certification framework will be developed. Dissemination activities will include branding, a website, social media campaigns, and an ESG Educational Summit.
