Objectives

The Resilient Europe project combats polarisation by equipping educators, youth workers, and young people with practical tools for conflict transformation and civic resilience. It provides training, digital tools, animations, and youth-led initiatives to foster critical thinking, inclusive narratives, and cross-sector collaboration. Through education and engagement, it strengthens dialogue, democratic participation, and long-term resilience against societal divisions.

Activities

The Resilient Europe project will implement capacity-building trainings for educators and youth workers, develop a Conflict Transformation Educators’ Guide, produce six Modern Challenges animated videos, six DARE to Care youth interview series, and create an interactive "What Can I Do?" digital tool. It will host international training event, webinars, and dissemination campaign, ensuring cross-sector collaboration and long-term accessibility of resources.

Impact

We aim at directly empowering over 170 educators and youth workers from Slovakia, Croatia and Netherlands with conflict transformation skills and valuable and diverse resources to navigate polarised environments and provide these resources for further and broader audience. We are answering direct calls for such materials and trainings by the target groups in each country.
