▶Objectives
- Ensuring that training for migrants is more realistic, applicable, and inclusive - Preparing digital content in training to reach a wider audience - Establishing a Migration Advisory Unit to provide support in employment, social cohesion, and life issues - Examining examples of practices in different countries and transferring good practices - Developing dialogue between different cultures and EU citizenship
▶Activities
The project will consist of 4 transnational meetings that include learning activities and local activities. To transform the learning gained during the trainings into achievements and to develop intercultural dialogue, joint group work, workshops, sharing of good local practices, brainstorming sessions, discussions, excursions, and cultural activities will be conducted. Locally, there will be workshops, exhibitions, dissemination meetings, sales fairs, and cultural promotion days.
▶Impact
Our project will raise awareness and sensitivity by making the integration and coexistence issues of migrants more visible, and will bring the bond of intercultural cooperation to life by coordinating similar practices with partner countries. The project will create opportunities for migrants to overcome their prejudices, gain empathy, tolerance, and self-confidence, and take an active role in social institutions.
