▶Objectives
By implementing this project, we aim to carry our cultural heritage into the future with sustainable methods. We aim to provide our trainees with skills in the reuse of old products with modern designs and sustainable production methods. We also aim to create environmental awareness, strengthen the link between cultural heritage and sustainability, and create social change by establishing international collaborations through trainings and workshops in Turkey, Portugal and Italy.
▶Activities
In our project, workshops will be organized with learning and teaching activities to integrate old products of cultural value with modern designs. Our trainees and teachers will use the gains they have made in sustainability, recycling and innovative production methods in their daily lives. The prepared materials will be shared on social media, thus raising social awareness on environmental awareness and protection of cultural heritage.
▶Impact
As a result of our project, trainees are expected to develop environmental awareness and cultural heritage awareness. They will also gain skills in sustainable design and production methods. Trainers and participants of all partners of the project will gain EU citizenship awareness and international cooperation. It is aimed to strengthen cultural heritage protection and sustainability policies at local and international level.
