Objectives

Providing opportunities for high school students, especially girls, to participate in real-world STEM projects and research activities, and to gain hands-on experience in STEM fields. To raise awareness of the potential benefits of STEM education and careers for high school students, especially among girls, and help them overcome any perceived barriers or limitations that may prevent them from pursuing STEM careers. To understand the place and value of women in science and technology.

Activities

Four face-to-face transnational meetings will be held in Poland, Italy, Romania, and Turkey, where training sessions will be held for students and teachers.A virtual workshop followed by a discussion will take place through an online platform for the implementation of the activities.

Impact

A more inclusive and supportive STEM community, where girls and women feel encouraged and empowered to pursue STEM careers and to make meaningful contributions to science and technology. Long-term impact on the development of the participating organizations and the wider STEM community, with ongoing efforts to support and promote STEM education and careers for girls and women. Improved STEM skills and competencies among high school students, such as critical thinking and problem-solving etc
