We want to improve the skills and well-being of nursing assistant students and teachers through our project. Our goals are to help students manage uncertainty by increasing their emotional resilience and core competencies, like Patient Care, Effective Communication, Empathy and Attention to Detail. We aim to equip teachers with new skills to support their students better. We hope to create a lasting impact on nursing education and improve the quality of care in healthcare settings.

We will implement four LTTAs on key skills like Patient Care, Communication, Empathy and Attention to Detail. Bioenergy will be integrated to everything.We will also organize Student Led Webinars to share what we learn with our schools. Additionally, we will run an eTwinning project called "Caring the Future". We will write an article 'Bioenergy against Low Uncertainty Tolerance among Nursing Assistants’ and develop Digital Guidebook for High Uncertainty Tolerance in Nursing Assistant Education

We expect our project to improve the emotional well-being and skills of at least 120 nursing assistant students and 75 teachers directly. Students will learn to manage uncertainty and improve key skills. Teachers will feel more confident in supporting their students. We aim to create lasting resources like a Digital Guidebook and a strong network of schools that will continue to share knowledge and best practices in nursing education. We will write an Article as well to be able to effect others.
