Project Objective: To provide LLL skills to young adults who are unable to attend higher education. Goals: - To develop edu. prog. by assessing the LLL needs of young adults. - To raise awareness among young adults regarding the key competencies for LLL established by the EU. - To encourage greater active participation of young adults in social and business activities. - To enhance participation in EU digital transformation initiatives. - To improve access to edu. for disadvantaged young adults.
▶Activities
- A needs analysis will be conducted through a literature review and surveys to identify the lifelong learning (LLL) needs of young adults. - In conjunction with the needs analysis, the Lifelong_DILSE Training Program will be designed based on the LLL key competencies established by the EU Commission (2018) and will be implemented for young adults. The effectiveness of the training program will be assessed. - The Lifelong_DILSE e-Learning Platform will also be developed.
