▶Objectives
The project enhances LGEs' capacity for climate adaptation, digital transformation, and social inclusion, aligning with Erasmus+ priorities. The SCALD platform, supports green digital applications, boosts LGEAs' digital literacy, and fosters strategic solutions for climate change, urban resilience, and the circular economy. Targeted training programs will empower adults with the knowledge and skills needed for sustainable action.
▶Activities
Capacity building areas of LGs will be identified and climate adaptation profiles of LGs will be created. The SCALD platform will contribute to LGEs to develop more efficient strategies by improving their digital skills. Through training of trainers and training of LGEs, knowledge, and skills related to digital literacy and climate change, urban resilience, circular economy, and public participation will be provided. Local people and NGO representatives will raise awareness through workshops.
▶Impact
It will assess LGs' resilience to climate change through the creation of climate adaptation profiles. SCALD will enable LGs to make comparisons with other LGs by anonymizing their own data. It will enable LGEs to make data-driven decisions by strengthening their strategic planning processes. Sustainable information dissemination will be ensured through training of trainers, training of LGEs and drama-supported workshops.
