▶Objectives
The aim of our project is to develop a road map in line with EU standards by informing employers and colleagues about autism and providing professional support. With this project, concrete tools and strategies will be developed to support the integration of individuals with autism into the business world. It will raise awareness for employers and employees and create a permanent model to increase the employment of people with autism across Europe.
▶Activities
This project; - It will support the participation of individuals with autism in the workforce - It will strengthen the autism awareness of employers and colleagues - Will develop digital and educational tools that support employment processes - It will create a road map that can be disseminated and sustainable across Europe - Employers and colleagues will be strengthened, and other stakeholders of supported employment will be supported. - A guide will be created for inclusive workplaces
